Eliah Seton is President of Alternative Distribution Alliance (ADA) Worldwide, the independent distribution and services arm of Warner Music Group.
Seton previously served as SVP, International Strategy & Operations, Warner Recorded Music. In this role, he was responsible for growing the company’s global footprint and creating new opportunities for its artists. Seton’s remit included driving the development of Warner Music’s international operations and collaborating with Warner Music’s affiliates around the world to identify and execute strategic priorities, special projects and local investments. These include the acquisition of Polskie Nagrania, Poland’s longest-running recorded music label, in 2015 and the Gold Typhoon catalog, one of the largest and most acclaimed collections of pop and rock music from China, in 2014.
Seton joined WMG in 2009 as Vice President, Office of the CEO — a team he helped build — where he contributed to a wide variety of strategic initiatives. Seton was involved in WMG’s deal to acquire Parlophone Label Group (PLG) and the planning for PLG’s integration with the WMG family. Before that, Seton spent two years in WMG’s Strategy & Business Development team, where he worked on the sale of the company to Access Industries in 2011. Prior to joining WMG, Seton held roles at Goldman Sachs and Portfolio Logic. Seton has an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from Harvard College.
